Newest Iheartfaces contest….hats

This months contest is hats.  I chose this picture of Phoebe I know I am partial but she is so beautiful.  The hat was Pyper’s and I kept it because it’s an original Floppy hat.   My Aunt Jeannie got it at a yard sale Py wore it until she was two!  Now its Phoebe’s turn.
