This is us, what started out as a family blog turned into a scouting blog and now back to a family blog with some scouting in there too ….only this time it’s just us girls.

What many would consider the end of the world simply turned into a new beginning for us.  I look forward to what the universe has in store.

Fighting to not be bitter in a cruel world is tough, we all go through things and I hope to be a better kinder person because of it.

  1. I just want to say I am newbie to scouting I am so happy to have ran across a real scout leader and not a Martha Stewart Scout Leader I hope that your families appreciate you!! I know I do!

  2. Hey I just found this blog through Pinterest, love it! I noticed your girls are in ohios heartland council, us too! Just wondered what area of Ohio you were from? We’re in Hillsboro/lynchburg area!

  3. Hi there Jamie. Hope you and your family had a great holiday. I had a quick question about your blog and was hoping you could email me. Thank you!

  4. My name is Jodi Carlson. I have a Girl Scout Blog called Scout Leader Connect where I share my 25 years of Girl Scouting experience with others: Games, Songs, Ceremonies, Cookies, Badges, crafts and more. Over the years it was always a struggle to find good ideas, so now I want to give back, as my site says, my scout ideas are your scout ideas. “Taking memories leaving footprints”. I want to share my ideas with a larger audience. We should totally connect – your Lanyard idea was great did it with my troop 🙂

    • I am so glad you liked it! and please feel free to link up I am a pretty casual blogger but hope to get some new things up soon. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you I am happy to.
